We tie every service request to a customer + machine so nothing gets lost in voicemail and you always have a record of work done. It takes about 60 seconds:

   Name, email, phone, password. We’ll send a confirmation link to verify your email.

   Add the machine that needs service

   Make + model is the minimum. Year, serial number, hours, and a photo if you have it.

   Describe the issue

   Tell us what’s wrong, how urgent it is. We’ll review and follow up — usually same day.
